: Can I return my instrument?

A:  Yes!  A 30-day grace/trial period is part of every instrument purchase.

Q: What are store hours?

A: Mon. thru Fri. 9a.m. to 5p.m, Saturday 10a.m. to 4p.m. and Sunday is closed

Q: What if I would like to return an item?

A: Go to Return Policy page and it will explain the return policies

:  Do I have to pay for the whole instrument up front?

A:  No, True Sound offers financing out to 2 years to help ease your way into you new instrument.

Q: How do I pay for my items online?

A: True Sound uses only Paypal for online purchases and the customer must have a Paypal account

Lessons

Q: How much are lessons?

A:  They are $15 per 30 minute lesson.  Due monthly.

Q: Who do I contact to set up a music lesson or make an appointment for studio times?

A: Call True Sound at 515-215-7000 and ask about lessons or studio times
